President of OptiTex to present at OGTC conference

President of OptiTex USA Yoram Burg, will be participating and presenting at the OGTC- 7th International Conference on Apparel & Home Textiles in India, September 30- October 1, 2011.
Yoram Burg's presentation on September 30 is entitled: 3D Virtual Prototyping - Advanced Technologies Role In Outpacing Competition. The presentation will discuss the latest projects OptiTex is involved with that include deploying the 3D fit solutions at the brands and retailers level, home sewing, traditional apparel design, WEB ecommerce, animation and digital art work.
Additionally, OptiTex will be conducting a workshop for conference participants on October 1st. The workshop will focus on buyers' perspectives of Actions on Sustainability & Virtual Fit. During the workshop, the OptiTex team will be giving a live demo using OptiTex technology.

The 2011 OGTC conference is intended to cover all aspects of the apparel industry and to foster networking and collaboration among conference participants. OGTC encourages India's garment industry owners, their CEO's, industry professionals, academicians, representatives from industry associations, researchers, consultants, service providers, final year and post graduate students etc.
Mr.Yoram Burg has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience that spanned across Asia, Middle East and North America. He brings with him experience in multiple aspects of running multi-million dollar organizations. Applying experience in Information Technology, Purchasing, Business Planning, Project and Change Management to leading international teams on marketing implementations and support, holding various senior positions in technology and non-technology businesses. For the past 7 years, Mr. Burg served as the president of OptiTex USA Inc, the NA marketing arm for OptiTex LTD. Mr. Burg holds a graduate degree from Swinburne University of Technology in the MEI program.
OptiTex develops innovative, user-friendly 2D and 3D CAD solutions for all cut-fabric and fashion-related industries. OptiTex solutions are designed to facilitate collaboration among partners throughout the manufacturing process. OptiTex is also active in e-commerce, providing online sales tools to promote branding and customer loyalty.
