ITMA - the International Exhibition of Textile Machinery - has been held every four years since 1951 and will be held this year from 22-29 September in Barcelona (Spain).

It is the world's largest international textile and garment machinery exhibition, an event which is owned by CEMATEX. ITMA is recognised as the Olympics of the textile and garment machinery industry.

Cad Modelling Ergonomics will be present with its products and services at HALL 5 stand A105.

Come visit us for a close look at our anthropometric fitting solutions for the clothing and the textile industries.

We'll show our Body-ScanFIT system, the only 3D portable body scanner in the world today. During ITMA, we'll perform FREE scanning sessions to illustrate the benefits for technical textiles and garments.

Our know-how
To design garments and ergonomic products you need to know the anatomy of people you're producing for. Through a deep anthropometric survey in various regions and markets (on men, women and children), Cad Modelling Ergonomics singled out a range of recurring Body Shapes.

The Theory of Anthropometric Structures, by Silvio Quattrocolo –founder of the company-, identified 6 main body shapes for men and 8 for women. Ranges and anatomical averages are continuously monitored by Cad Modelling Ergonomics and products are updated following population anthropometric evolution.

To constantly update its anthropometric database, the company follows the development of technologies concerning human body measurements. Since the 80's Cad Modelling Ergonomics is therefore also involved in body scanning with applications in Textile and Apparel Industry, Ergonomics and Medicine.

Our Mission
Cad Modelling Ergonomics assures innovation, best fit and comfort throughout the world optimizing resources and production processes.
