iCIMS, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent management solutions, announced that Talbots, Inc. has signed to use the iCIMS Talent Platform to support their growing Candidate Management needs. Talbots, Inc. will be added to the Company's growing retail repertoire, joining the nearly 1,000 mid-sized organizations using its web-based Human Resources solutions.

Many retailers like Talbots, Inc. find that the iCIMS Talent Platform is tailored to the retail industry's Human Resources needs, providing multiple hiring types, vast reporting and analytic options, and software configurability. Talbots, Inc. switched over to iCIMS from HR Logix, because the iCIMS platform was more intuitive and offered reporting features that were simple-to-use, yet extremely robust.

"Our Reporting Center is so important to our clients because it allows them to easily and efficiently create reports on anything from applicant flow history, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, EEO data, and much more," stated Adam Feigenbaum, iCIMS Chief Operating Officer.

iCIMS has a strong offering for retail companies that are considering expansion and are looking for a system that can affordably scale with their business needs. iCIMS also offers other superior features for Candidate Management: recruitment and applicant tracking, recruitment marketing, and onboarding, and Employee Management: employee data management, performance and compensation management, and succession planning.

Talbots Inc started out in 1947 as a single-standing store in Hingham, MA, and has grown to 580 stores in 47 states, including the District of Columbia and Canada. To further support its growth, the leading multi-channel retailer of women's apparel, shoes, and accessories, will use iCIMS' Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Solution.

Talbot, Inc. and iCIMS share a commitment to providing superior customer service. For four years, iCIMS has maintained a 97% customer renewal rating. This year, the Company was recognized for its exceptional customer service by New York Enterprise Report and was a finalist for the Customer Service Department Award.

iCIMS industry-leading customer experience is the result of advanced support offerings, which include a multi-tiered customer support team, frequent virtual and on-site training sessions, and an interactive Customer Care Site. "iCIMS' most valued differentiator is our unparalleled commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.

We are always working with our clients to improve our software and services. We are excited to partner with a company like Talbots, Inc., an organization that clearly shares the same commitment to an exceptional customer experience," states Susan Vitale, iCIMS' Chief Strategic Officer.

Talbots, Inc. will be joining many other retailers who have migrated to the iCIMS Talent Platform, organizations such as Tory Burch, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, New York & Company, L.L. Bean, Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, and New Balance.
