Join The Createch Group for a free 60-minute webinar, featuring a live product demo, where we will discuss practical ways in which Microsoft Dynamics NAV can help improve productivity, efficiency and competitiveness in an uncertain global market.

Webinar on Globalization Challenges in the Canadian Apparel Industry will take place on October 26.

Driven by increased globalization, companies in the apparel industry are not only faced with competitive pressures and operating challenges but demanding customer expectations as well. Learn how you can work without barriers across a global market.

Bob Kirke, Executive Director of the Canadian Apparel Federation (CAF), and Rita Pitre Project Manager at Ranpro will be presenting - with Diana Bird, Senior Consultant from The Createch Group performing a live product demo.

During the demo we will highlight the TOP FOUR BUSINESS CHALLENGES that companies are facing in dealing with globalization:

• Landed Cost- Calculate the expected landed cost price of your products - including cost elements like freight, import duties, insurance, commission etc.

• Multi-Currency- Manage everything from invoicing to payments in the currency your customers or suppliers use. Comply with international accounting standards and maintain multiple currencies for payables and receivables, bank accounts, and inventory.

• Multi-Language- Multilingual and global companies are able to do business more efficiently by switching to virtually any language on the spot.

• Traffic- Follow incoming shipments from the moment they are shipped by the supplier, with full details on vessels and containers and everything that is on/in them.

Bob Kirke is the Executive Director of the Canadian Apparel Federation (CAF), the national industry association for the clothing industry.

Rita Pitre, a Financial Consultant at Ranpro was the Project Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation. Rita coordinated this project from the beginning with the software selection process through to the successful implementation. Rita's insight will provide organizations with the benefits of selecting a strategic solution and how it is generating business benefits for Ranpro.

Diana Bird is a Senior Consultant at The Createch Group. Diana has over 15 years experience successfully leading ERP implementations in Canada, US and Europe for midsize manufacturing and distribution businesses with primary focus on the Apparel Industry.
