Fashion designer Lorena goes live with Aria's EDI solution
Sep '12
Aria Systems is happy to announce that Lorena Sarbu is now using Aria Systems’ EDI Outsourcing Service. Lorena Sarbu launched her elegant evening-wear collection in 2009 and opened her New York showroom in early 2010. Lorena infuses her European-inspired personal style into each of her creations using a combination of  fabrics, textures and embellishments to create elegant designs.

As Lorena Sarbu’s business started growing several new trading partners were acquired. However Lorena needed to be compliant with Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus in order to trade with them, and Aria provided just the solution they needed: EDI Outsourcing. In conjunction with FYGLobal, Aria Systems is now processing all of Lorena Sarbu’s incoming orders from Saks Fifth Avenue and is in the testing phase for Neiman Marcus.

Aria Systems is an innovative developer of comprehensive  software specifically designed for the Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Home Furnishings and Textiles industries.

Born in Timisoara, Romania, Lorena Sarbu discovered her passion for fashion design at a very young age. Fascinated by the textures and colors of fabrics, Lorena would create wardrobes for her dolls out of her mother’s clothing. Although her love for fashion remained strong, the opportunity for design in Romania was limited.
