Computer Generated Solutions (CGS), a leading global provider of technology solutions, announced the release of BlueCherry Mobile Sales Management (MSM), a new industry-tailored B2B and SFA solution for the BlueCherry Enterprise Suite.

BlueCherry Mobile Sales Management will help improve sales and customer service by making order information accessible anytime and anywhere, empowering sales professionals to use browser-enabled devices like tablets, mobile devices and laptops at customer sites, showrooms, trade shows, or anywhere they conduct business. Additionally, it will eliminate redundant order entry, reduce customer service calls, and increase order accuracy.

Mobile Sales Management is the latest addition to BlueCherry’s comprehensive lineup of integrated solutions, joining a group that includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management (WMS), Business Intelligence (BI) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

“Due to the immense challenges of today’s fashion industry, it’s imperative that organizations maintain availability and access to critical information when they are away from the office,” said Paul Magel, President of the Applications Solutions Group at CGS. “BlueCherry Mobile Sales Management makes that information in BlueCherry ERP or other business systems accessible to both customers and sales teams 24 hours, 7 days a week, resulting in increased sales and a dramatic improvement in overall customer service.”

Using a standard internet browser, mobile professionals can use BlueCherry MSM to:

  • Create visually compelling product presentations
  • Customize product catalogs for specific customers or events
  • Check current and planned inventory availability
  • Directly enter new customer orders
  • Accept secure credit card payments
  • Check existing order status

For more than twenty-eight years, CGS has enabled global enterprises, regional companies and government agencies to drive breakthrough performance through technology.
