Multidev to unveil ChainDrive Mobile Assistant at NRF expo

Multidev Technologies has responded to the explosive growth of smart consumer devices by developing the “ChainDrive Mobile Assistant”. This new Mobile Assistant is a component of ChainDrive’s end-to-end Retail Management Solution which allows the retailer using a mobile device to instantly engage with its customers as they move throughout the store.

Adhering to the consumer demands of service, efficiency and overall shopping experience, the ChainDrive Mobile Assistant offers retailers the opportunity to drive consumer interactions, increase staff productivity and efficiency, ultimately improving customer loyalty and revenue. The ChainDrive Mobile Assistant Product Search provides real-time chain wide inventory visibility on item availability, size and location, and can reserve items or complete a store transfer instantly.

It also has a Customer Search feature that immediately allows the sales associate to retrieve, create, update or edit customer information. Smart search and filter capabilities are also unique features that allow for past purchase and returns history, permitting the sales associate to leverage the information to facilitate cross & up selling.
