The Kronos selection and hiring solution will provide Stage Stores with a larger applicant pool by allowing candidates to apply for positions at multiple locations within the same geographic area with just one application.
Prior to selecting Kronos, Stage Stores utilized a completely manual, paper-based hiring process. Store managers were responsible for sorting through thousands of job applications for each open position without the proper insight to identify best-fit-candidates.

With Kronos, Stage Stores will also expedite the on boarding process, eliminating wasted time on paperwork. Pre-populated, new-hire paperwork will be generated electronically before an employee’s first day on the job. This will allow new hires to hit the sales floor faster, keeping the focus on store objectives and offering superior customer service instead of non-productive administrative work.
