Apparel software maker Jesta promotes Arvind Gupta as COO

With over 15 years of retail fashion industry experience, Arvind has held a number of leadership positions at Jesta I.S., and its former incarnation, Richter Systems. In his previous role as EVP of Development and Strategy, Arvind directed the expansion and growth of Jesta’s Vision Suite product portfolio, developing the solution into one of the industry’s leading ERP and Retail business management systems.

Additionally, Arvind oversaw the management of several large and multinational partners such as Genesco, DSW, Lotus Supercenter and BJC Logistics in adoption of best business practices and automation of operations by leveraging Jesta’s solution suite.

With increasing business activity over the last 12 months, the time was ripe to align Jesta’s Executive Team to meet the expectations of the 21st Century Retailer. Arvind’s new role enables Jesta to effectively address the new horizons our partners and prospects are looking to address.

In his new role, reporting to President Moris Chemtov, Arvind will be responsible for Product Development, Strategy, IT Infrastructure and Professional Services for Retail. “Arvind has been an integral part of the Jesta I.S. family for over a decade.

He has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and customer service excellence. He played a key in role in Jesta’s outstanding strategic and operating product platform and has been pivotal in the company’s success,” said Moris Chemtov.
