CQuotient launches 'Personalized Retailing' solution

CQuotient unveiled a major technology update that enables retailers to personalize marketing communications for customers at the individual level across all channels. CQuotient’s Personalized Retailing solution enables retail marketers to deliver campaigns that speak to customers directly, resulting in the highest level of conversions.

Retailers understand the need to create more personal relationships with their customers, but struggle to do this as the number of touchpoints continues to grow and customer expectations outpace retailers’ ability to keep up with them.

And for most retailers – even the largest – the majority of their customers only shop with them a few times a year, making it difficult for the retailer to truly understand their interests, tastes and preferences, even though they may be emailing these customers several times each week.

CQuotient’s solution addresses this problem by combining data sources of all sizes with advanced predictive analytics to decode each customer’s unique tastes. The software systematically tailors marketing programs to each customer and strategically communicates across channels. Unlike other offerings on the market, CQuotient’s solution was purpose-built for omnichannel marketing, enabling retailers to speak to every customer in every channel in a significant way.

“Our solution is designed to meet the needs of a variety of retailers – those with a wealth of data, but also those whose customers only shop with them a couple of times a year and, traditionally, would not have enough data for personalized retailing,” explains CQuotient Founder and CEO Rama Ramakrishnan.

“This is where we excel – we can spot a signal where others see only noise. By combining what data a retailer does have – no matter how much or how little – with advanced predictive analytics, we’re able to generate relevant messages that resonate with shoppers on an individual level. Whether it’s via email, website, direct mail or other touchpoints, our solution has proven to increase conversions for all of our retail partners.”
