DecisionPoint Systems names Robert Schroeder to BoD

Mr. Schroeder has served as Vice President of Investment Banking of Taglich Brothers, Inc. since 1993 and specializes in advisory services and capital raising for small public and private companies. Prior to that, Mr. Schroeder served as a Senior Equity Analyst publishing sell-side research on publicly traded companies, and has served in various positions in the brokerage and public accounting industry.

Mr. Schroeder received a B.S. degree in accounting and economics from New York University. He currently serves on the board of directors of Air Industries Group (a NYSE-listed company), a manufacturer of aerospace parts and assemblies, Globalwise Investments, Inc. (an OTCBB-listed company), a provider of cloud-based enterprise content management solutions, and privately held APR LLC, an automotive engineering firm providing performance aftermarket products and software.
