The designer, manufacturer, and marketer of fashionable women's bodywear and sportswear has begun implementation of the integrated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions at its headquarters in Brisbane, Australia.
By centralizing and managing all product information and processes, the all-in-one system promises to help the fast growing company accelerate and improve efficiencies across its entire concept-to-consumer operations.
According to Black Milk's Tanya Fraser, "We selected Visual 2000 because we think it is the coolest software solution for our growing company. Visual's End to End system is flexible enough to suit us now and into the future. Easy to use and customisable, it's the perfect solution for us."
In replacing a variety of generic software and manual methods, Black Milk will deploy the Visual End-2-End solution across its design, development, manufacturing, and distribution operations to gain the convenience, speed and savings of a common IT platform for the entire business.
"We are excited to roll out our End-2-End solution with the Black Milk team," noted Leonie McCarthy, from 6R Visual 2000 Australia Partner. "We admire their achievements and applaud their efforts and commitment to advance the business from spreadsheets and manual operations to a comprehensive fashion solution."
