Simparel names Steve Vogel as CEO

As Mr. Vogel focuses on accelerating the growth of Simparel and deepening its relationship with customers as the senior operating executive, the Board of Directors announced that Robert Lewis will join the Board as Chairman. Bob has over 30 years of global enterprise software leadershipexperience.

He began his career at IBM and has since been involved in the industry as a founder, a four time CEO and a venture capitalist. He has led companies through phases of rapid growth and geographic expansion. He has been a senior member of leadership teams at global ERP companies (SAP, Baan and SSA) and been CEO of several early-mid stage companies that are now part of Xerox, Arrow Electronics and Experian.

“Over the last several years, Simparel has established an exceptional reputation as a partner for fashion manufacturers. With the capital infusion and the addition of experienced leadership, the Company is now positioned to grow significantly in its core business and expand its geographic reach. I look forward to assisting management with its growth plans,” explained Mr. Lewis.
