ExOfficio, a leading manufacturer of adventure travel apparel, has expanded their partnership with AscentCRM, a relationship marketing software and services company (previously a division of Leisure Trends). A long-term client of AscentCRM, the expansion of the partnership will include services and technology to further strengthen ExOfficio’s continued focused on expanding their customer relationship marketing programs to support their growth objectives.

ExOfficio will leverage AscentCRM’s leading web-based marketing software platform, 360 Connect, to aggregate customer data across multiple sources including eCommerce, catalog and email into one CRM platform for more robust and complete customer analytics, segmentation and multichannel execution to create more targeted and relevant online and offline marketing campaigns.

“We’re focused on expanding our customer relationship programs as a key pillar of our customer growth strategy,” says Nick Hayes, ExOfficio, eCommerce Marketing Manager. “After working with the AscentCRM team over several years on our email programs, we recognized the growing importance of consolidating all of our customer and marketing data into one CRM platform to take our marketing programs to the next level and best support our objectives as a growing brand both online and in our growing brick and mortar business. AscentCRM was the right partner based on their technical capabilities, CRM knowledge and our great working relationship.”

“We’ve enjoyed working side-by-side with ExOfficio in support of their email programs. We’re excited to help further to advance their marketing strategies with additional CRM database capabilities as they grow their brand, their business and their relationships with customers.

"Having all of their data in one location, our 360 Connect platform, making that data accessible and usable, opens new customer insights and opportunities to better connect with their customers like never before” says Scott Buelter, President of AscentCRM. “We look forward to helping them expand their marketing programs and further grow their customer base across all marketing channels.”
