Segura helps TRS to manage retail packaging supply chain

Segura has established a new working relationship with Total Retail Solutions (TRS), manufacturer and supplier of bespoke labelling and packaging products for the retail industry.

TRS’s new partnership with Segura enables the company to enforce transparency over all secondary supply chains and maintain high standards of quality across its rapidly increasing workload.

TRS is a global resource offering a complete packaging solution, including initial design concepts, pre-production sampling, manufacture and logistics. The company utilises the latest technology to ensure smooth production and reliable service, with job tracking allowing customers to see the progress of their order at any time and from any location.

TRS produce garment labelling for retail store groups, etailers and brands, and also make sock and underwear 3D card packaging for high street stores and supermarket brands. The specialist team at TRS design promotional packaging and presentation boxes for customer retention and loyalty programmes, and supply gusseted paper bags, rigid and flat pack boxes, shirt boxes and tissue paper around the globe.

Segura’s web-based production tracking software hands TRS full visibility over its secondary supply chains, enforcing transparency and helping them to deliver top quality products within challenging deadlines. As a result, TRS is able to manage its rapidly growing workload in the same stable and professional manner, and has the option to extend the use of the platform to additional production lines over time.
