ExcelSoft introduces new garment sector tool in Sri Lanka

ExcelSoft, a Sri Lanka-based enterprise solutions software company, has recently introduced Foresight, a new performance optimized graphical production planning and scheduling tool, designed specifically to maximize the usage of available, finite capacity and to improve on time delivery in high volume production environments.

According to an ExcelSoft media release, Foresight, which was recently implemented at Trend Setters, an ExcelSoft partner and garment manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, which has already successfully enhanced production capabilities across the company’s production line.

Foresight is designed to be user-friendly and provides a wide and comprehensive view for planners, and comes with an impressive list of features, including intuitive visual board displays that allow real-time tracking of production progress and the ability to track the status of specific orders as well as multi-product line and multi-location support, allowing even a single planner to manage large volumes of orders across multiple locations simultaneously and accurately.

Foresight also includes comprehensive enterprise dashboards that provide management with a graphical summary of production planning information as well as improved information accuracy and communication capabilities.
