StyleRunner, one of the top online retailers of activewear, has selected NetSuite SuiteCommerce, an e-commerce product of NetSuite Inc, one of the leading providers of cloud-based ERP solutions and omnichannel commerce software suites, for its B2C operations.

After evaluating a number of software solutions, Stylerunner turned to the NetSuite cloud, replacing four software systems and numerous Excel spreadsheets, Stylerunner plans to run its mission-critical business processes, including B2C e-commerce, financials, CRM, marketing, order management, inventory management, warehouse management, shipping and tax reconciliation—all together on a single software platform without the need for a big IT team and huge overheads, Stylerunner said in a statement.

Julie Stevanja, co-founder of Stylerunner, said, “The success of our business is predicated on how well we anticipate and respond to the needs of our growing international customer base.”

“NetSuite can enable us to carry out the detailed customer segmentation we need in order to do this. For example, we can create fields within our purchase orders to not only categorise by sales or product categories, but also by interests so we can analyse how profitable yoga apparel is versus running wear for example,” Julie added.

NetSuite SuiteCommerce can provide Stylerunner with value-added insights and allow the retailer to rapidly identify issues, trends and opportunities to make better informed business decisions and maintain market leadership, and provide a pixel-perfect design capabilities and unlimited layout control to build the high-quality experience customers expect.

The e-commerce solution will provide Stylerunner multi-currency, multi-language, multi-region support and can give a 360-degree view of its customers and the ability to micro-segment to drive future marketing initiatives.

Mark Troselj, managing director of APAC and Japan for NetSuite Inc said, “NetSuite can enable Stylerunner to replace siloed business systems with a complete business management and commerce solution that connects ecommerce to order management, inventory, merchandising, marketing, financials and customer service in one single and scalable instance, unveiling previously unattainable data integrity and granular and real-time business insights.”

NetSuite SuiteCommerce enables B2C and B2B merchants, manufacturers, and distributors to seamlessly connect every step of a multi-channel, multi-location business. (GK)
