Rasthi & Rashti to implement Simparel's ERP solution

Rashti & Rasthi, a leading infant and childrenswear company, is replacing its legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other homegrown software with the all-in-one Simparel ERP solution to improve business wide efficiency, flexibility, reporting, and visibility.
The company plans to complete implementation at its New York headquarters and Asian production offices later this year.
The natively-integrated ERP, PLM, Supply Chain Management and other capabilities of the all-in-one solution promise to help the company increase overall efficiency, expand operational flexibility and improve end-to-end reporting and process visibility, Simparel said in a press release.
More than 65 Rashti & Rashti team members and business partners are expected to use the new system to gain visibility and control across the design, product development, supply chain, financial and other key fashion product lifecycle processes. Built-in user dashboards and management by exception tools in the system are designed to empower management and teams with more timely and accurate information needed for rapid and improved decision making.
CEO of the apparel firm, Michael Rashti said, “As a growing company, we needed to move beyond the limited capabilities and performance that our 20 year old legacy system was providing. After getting a sense of all that was available, we evaluated the six solutions that were most relevant to our business over a six month period. When we considered all the system capabilities, the depth of installation experience with companies similar to ours, the strength and partnership potential of the vendor teams and other factors; we judged Simparel to be the best all-around solution for our business. We are confident that Simparel will go a long way in helping us manage all of our brands, licenses and private label businesses.”
