Pretty Green to deploy Eurostop's retail management suite

Eurostop, the leading systems software supplier to the fashion, footwear and lifestyle sectors, has signed an agreement with Pretty Green, a high end British menswear retailer, to provide a fully integrated end to end retail management system and new touchscreen tills.

The brand is using Eurostop's e-pos across its 18 nationwide stores and six concessions and using e-rmis at its head office. Pretty Green has also integrated Eurostop's retail management system with its existing STYLEman wholesale system (provided by Option Systems) allowing the brand to connect stock data between both its wholesale and retail operations. As a result, Pretty Green has experienced improved stock reconciliation, increased profitability and improved customer service.

Going forward, there are plans to integrate Pretty Green's transactional website with the new systems. Furthermore, the new system will allow the retailer to collect customer loyalty data for all new transactions processed at point of purchase on the new touch tills, according to a press release.

Tim Kalic, head of digital at Pretty Green said, “With the Eurostop system we are now able to capture both customer and sales data at till point, which feeds into our head office system, allowing us to closely manage and reconcile our stock across our business, through both wholesale and retail channels.”

Deborah Loh, marketing manager at Eurostop said, “Pretty Green has made a significant impact in the men's fashion market since it first launched just five years ago. Its investment in a fully integrated end-to end retail management system enables it to react swiftly to customer demand for its on-trend unique designs, helping to increase customer loyalty and ensure the business maintains tight controls on stock costs, vital in the fast moving fashion market.” (GK)
