American Software's BOD approves qtly dividend

American Software Inc announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Company's quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share. The Company's regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of American Software common stock is payable on May 30, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2008.
