Mr. Nick Pahade as President of gsi interactivesm

Michael G. Rubin, chairman and CEO of GSI Commerce Inc announced that Nick Pahade has joined the company as president of gsi interactivesm. Pahade, a recognized pioneer in the digital marketing arena, will lead gsi interactive's growth strategy, partner relationships and team of approximately 150 interactive design and marketing professionals.

Pahade will report directly to Rubin. gsi interactive, with comprehensive digital marketing and design offerings, and e-Dialog Inc, a leading e-mail service provider, compose GSI's marketing services division.

As president of gsi interactive, Pahade will assume full strategic responsibility for further building this division into a full-service professional services organization by deepening relationships with existing partners and leading the development of strategic programs that drive new and incremental business.
