Eurostop announces Multi-Channel Retail capabilities at ExCeL

The system will include all the customer service functionality that consumers have grown to expect from the large online retailers, like automated order acknowledgements, order tracking including notification of order despatch.

Customer loyalty data will be shared between the branches and the online store, so that people that purchase both online and in store receive personalised correspondence rather than disparate, impersonal mailings with lots of different special offers and promotions. There is also a comprehensive order management system that handles despatches, returns, exchanges, refunds etc.

In line with its continued expansion into International markets, Eurostop's systems are now available in a multi-lingual format.
