Lawson wins "Excellent solution for garment & textile industry” award

One of Lawson's customers, Zhejiang Yaying Fashions Co. Ltd., is a famous Sino-Italian company for women's wear. Its annual revenue is over RMB500 million (USD67 million) , with 2,800 workers and over 300 retail stores.

Yaying selected Lawson's fashion industry solution in 2006, and launched the system in eight months' time. Its business processes, such as production, planning, procurement, warehousing and financial management, have since been managed centrally. It has also established a sophisticated supply chain solution to support its long-term strategic development, including multi-brand operation and exploration of global markets.

Zhu Honggen, CFO of Yaying, said: “We are very happy to receive this award, which is the testimony of our efforts in IT construction and enhancement of our management capabilities.”

Lawson acquired Freeborders PLM software in March this year to further strengthen its offering in fashion industry solutions. Through continuous extension of its solutions, Lawson continues to deepen the industry-specific functionality of its enterprise software offerings.
