Successful deployment of iQ4bis at Fil-Pacific Apparel

iQ4bis Software Inc, a global software provider that offers an end-to-end business intelligence solution for business managers and executives in midmarket enterprises, and SmartCubes Inc, a value-added provider of technology solutions in the Philippines, announced at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference a partnership in which SmartCubes Inc will exclusively offer the industry-leading iQ4bis Analysis and DataServer software suite.

SmartCubes recently completed the successful deployment of iQ4bis within Philippine-based Fil-Pacific Corporation, a leading provider of clothing under internationally known high-end brands such as Lee, Jag, Tribal Gear and Von Dutch.

“Like many businesses, we had data in abundance but it was located in different systems and could not be accessed, analyzed and evaluated quickly,” said Dale A. Roberts, vice president, corporate business of Fil-Pacific Apparel Corporation. “We were unable to make the right decisions for the future of our business. After looking at many alternatives, we decided the best route was to utilize a system that provided easy-to-use analytical and reporting tools that would still fulfill our business requirements. To this end, SmartCubes was our partner of choice.”

Fil-Pacific utilizes the Microsoft line of integrated, adaptable business management solutions including Dynamics NAV enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Retail Management system (RMS), Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint and Microsoft's Enterprise Project Management System. The added capabilities of iQ4bis enable the visibility of the organization's business data at an enterprise level.

The iQ4bis suite of business intelligence solutions provides business users with access to critical information including finance and sales. Data warehousing and detailed reports enable users to view a historic perspective of sales information as well as easily identify industry trends and analyze sales performance.
