European DBA deploys TradeCard's SourceView Visibility Suite

TradeCard announced that DIM Brands Apparel (DBA) has implemented TradeCard's SourceView visibility suite to inject flexibility into its supply chain sourcing capabilities and improve collaboration with suppliers. DBA designs, manufactures and distributes well-known intimate apparel lines and underwear, including DIM, Playtex, Wonderbra, Shock Absorber, Lovable and Chantal Thomass, primarily in Europe and selected emerging markets.
Visibility and control of product flow generated by SourceView enables DBA to shift to a lean business model that stimulates collaboration with suppliers and helps optimize global sourcing and supply chain finance.
"TradeCard provides supply chain enabling capabilities and automation," said Xavier Personnic, Program Manager, DIM Brands Apparel. "In addition, the TradeCard platform supports our multi-ERP environment."
"When we realized TradeCard has local presence in the countries we do business in, we recognized we would greatly reduce the expenses associated with development, supplier enablement and integration into our supply chain, and ongoing support," said Eliaz Poleg, CEO of DIM Brands Apparel.
"We'll reduce the cost of global sourcing, enhance the control aspect of the process, respond faster to changes in the supply chain, and improve speed to market using TradeCard's SourceView Suite. Our strategic suppliers and brand oriented supply chain organization will now be able to respond to the market as one virtual organization."
SourceView helps build strong trading partnerships by improving supply chain visibility and automating processes to ensure the right product arrives at the right place at the right time.
