Blue Fox Enterprises closes sale of Porini

Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. (Blue Fox) announces it has finalised the sale of its operating company Blue Fox Porini Srl (Porini) to Gruppo300sessanta SpA (Gruppo300sessanta).
Blue Fox had already received approval from its shareholders for the intended sale in the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of 29 April 2008.
The acquisition of Porini by Gruppo300sessanta, which was first announced on 14 April last, was subject to a number of conditions, among which shareholder approval and approval from Microsoft, as the sale would result in a change of control. Now that all approvals are granted, the transaction has been finalised.
Blue Fox is the first and only supplier of completely integrated software solutions for the international textile- and apparel industry. Blue Fox is listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
