Lawson Software extends partnership with HumanConcepts

Lawson Software announced that HumanConcepts, a leading provider of workforce modeling and intelligence software and long-time Lawson partner, has joined the Lawson Technology Partner Program as a Silver-level partner. HumanConcepts' OrgPlus software is an organizational charting solution that interfaces with the Lawson Human Resource Management Suite and will continue to be sold to Lawson customers by the HumanConcepts sales force.
Under this complementary partnership, Lawson customers will have enhanced access to software that will help them extract greater value from data within their Lawson Human Resource Management applications.
The OrgPlus software provides users with enhanced views into their organizational structure, which can help them analyze employee metrics and evaluate the workforce impact of business events such as reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. It can also help improve succession planning. With this gateway to information within Lawson Human Resource Management, managers can be better positioned to make faster, more informed decisions surrounding workforce changes.
