AIM Global, the trade association recognized as the worldwide authority on automatic identification and mobility, announced plans to host The Inside Track an AIM Executive Roundtable on Monday, September 8, 2008 immediately prior to the start of the 2008 RFID World Conference and Exhibition at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

Inside Track is a half-day executive gathering that is designed for executives from manufacturers, resellers, distributors, and user organizations with a strategic interest in the bar code, mobile computing and RFID marketplace.

The program includes a lively presentation of the latest automatic identification trends, issues and opportunities.

Leading analysts from IDTechEX and Robert W. Baird will deliver market perspectives; European board member, Frithjof Walk will give a presentation on RFID initiatives of the European Commission; and a diverse panel that includes GS1, the State of Hawaii and Pharmaceutical and Medical Packaging News will delve into the most important security and safety applications of the global supply chain.

"We are excited to present a broad automatic identification technology perspective to the executive community," stated Dan Mullen, president of AIM Global.

"By assembling key analysts, end users and other leaders, we offer executives unique viewpoints, while they have a chance to interact in strategic discussions and to network with their peers alongside RFID World."

Program details and registration are available online. Registration for this pre-conference event includes a complimentary pass to the RFID World Exhibition Hall.
