Kings Road invests in Eurostop retail systems

Kings Road Sporting Club, an independent retailer specialising in women's activewear and swimwear has invested in Eurostop's retail management system to manage sales and stock. The company is using e-pos on all tills in store and e-rmis to manage sales and stock. The company has a reputation for stocking stylish and exclusive brands that are not readily available in the UK, offering customers a fantastic choice. The store claims that it has increased sales and provides a more responsive customer service using Eurostop's retail system.

The store uses e-pos to capture all sales at till point linked to its head office e-rmis system. Minimum stock levels are monitored using e-rmis, with automatic replenishment, providing a more accurate and faster method of tracking and managing stock than its previous systems. Kings Road Sporting Club will also be integrating Eurostop's solution with its bespoke customer loyalty system to enable it to keep customers informed of promotions and offers via email.

Unlike most swimwear stores, the outlet sells a large number of bikinis as separates, allowing customers to mix and match sizes, colours and styles. Eurostop's system has enabled KRSC to drill down through sales data and generate reports that identify popular sellers/non sellers by any criteria.

King's Road Sporting Club plans to integrate the retail systems with its online store. The e-commerce site will be integrated with the same stock systems, enabling online sales to be managed efficiently.
