Tecnica Ski Boots & Blizzard Skis recently launched online training with retail training leader 3point5.com, enabling shop employees to instantly improve salesfloor conversations while earning discounts on products they sell.
3point5.com is an online campus that provides engaging, interactive training to manufacturers in Snowsports, Action Sports, Outdoor, Hunt/Fish and Bike industries. Retail employees train online for free 24/7, while shop managers let 3point5.com handle employee purchases online. Training is updated seasonally, capturing the latest technological breakthroughs and product lines.
