iCongo Inc, a leading provider of e-commerce and cross-channel systems, announced it was selected as the key developer and technology provider for the new eCommerce site of Harry Rosen Inc, Canada's leading quality menswear retailer. Delivering the same high level of customer service found in the 15 Harry Rosen stores across Canada, the new eCommerce site, which is now live, features state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology that unifies the chain's online and physical stores.

HarryRosen.com, the company's new online presence, will mirror the exceptional sales and service that has made the 55-year-old company a legend in Canadian retailing. Sales associates will be able to interact with the customers they have served in their local stores, suggesting products and offering assistance. The site will also leverage iCongo's Order Management System to coordinate shipping and fulfillment of all orders.

Harry Rosen Inc. accounts for approximately 40 percent of the Canadian market for high-end menswear. The ecommerce site will offer an exciting selection of menswear – including dress shirts, knits, outerwear, accessories and casual clothing – from some of the company's finest brands such as Canali, BOSS Hugo Boss and Lacoste, among others. Tailored clothing will not be offered due to the personal touch that is required for proper fitting and expert tailoring.

“This new Web site is a major expansion of the Harry Rosen brand, bringing a new level of service to our valued customers,” said Larry Rosen, CEO and Chairman of Harry Rosen Inc. “We are pleased that iCongo was able to develop and deploy an eCommerce site with the exceptional quality, dependability and convenience to which our customers are accustomed.”

“Beginning with our technology support for gift card sales last year, and now via this full-featured online retail presence, iCongo has developed a strong relationship with a premier name in Canadian retailing,” said Christian Ayotte, vice president of professional services for iCongo. “Working with a company of Harry Rosen Inc.'s stature has been a great experience for us, and we look forward to helping provide the company's customers a truly world-class shopping experience in the future.”

As part of the back office functionality for Harry Rosen.com, iCongo incorporated an online debit payment system through the INTERAC Network, Canada's leading direct payment system.
