dELiA*s Inc and The Yacobian Group LLC (TYG) are pleased to announce a strategic engagement designed to maximize the impact of dELiA*s' recent operational improvements through the implementation of Yacobian's Customer Interaction Management System(SM) (CIMS).

dELiA*s Inc is a direct marketing and retail company comprised of two lifestyle brands, dELiA*s and Alloy, primarily targeting teenage girls and young women. dELiA*s has devoted substantial resources for infrastructure, systems/processes, brand positioning, product development, and talent acquisition. Building on these investments, dELiA*s plans to leverage Yacobian's CIMS to help improve in-store execution and provide measurable customer experiences.

dELiA*s Chief Operating Officer, Walter Killough stated, "CIMS is a useful tool that we anticipate will provide us with unique insights into our stores' productivity, both collectively and individually. With Yacobian's ROV [Return-On-Visit] feature, we will be able to monitor and analyze customer experiences and staff behaviors in and across all stores. CIMS is expected to spotlight and quantify the opportunities for us which will assist our team in determining how best to help drive performance."

Yacobian's CIMS tools are designed with a customer-centric approach that integrates software, management processes, and interaction behaviors to deliver branded customer experiences that increase the number and size of transactions in stores each day. According to Yacobian, CIMS was developed to provide organizations one integrated and aligned customer-centric 'performance scorecard' that enhances, rather than interrupts, existing retail store operations.

TYG's Chief Executive Officer, Toni Yacobian, expressed her enthusiasm, "We are very excited to be a partner with dELiA*s success formula to continue their current business momentum. CIMS makes performance improvement systematic, scalable, and sustainable and will be a key factor in driving dELiA*s on-going success in the retail marketplace."
