Stoll-knit & wear now standard for pattern software M1plus

It is an open secret that Stoll is always focused on speeding up the production. With the latest developments Stoll has increased the productivity of the CMS knitting machines successfully.

Besides flexibility and reliability, productivity is a key element of modern knitting machines. Therefore Stoll offers some new approaches to increase further the productivity and use of the CMS knitting machines. For several models of the CMS machine range, bearing now “HP” in their machine designation, the productivity depending of several parameters and gauge increases of up to 14%. Besides faster carriage reversal and higher carriage speed there are shorter knitting systems that afford this increase.

The core element, the pattern software M1plus, has been further enhanced and upgraded offering now even more automatic functions and operating elements for the programmer i.e. during Fully Fashion programming for the Stoll CMS 822 HP machine and Intarsia programming because this upgraded version offers automatic yarn carrier allocation proposing with multi-colour Intarsia patterns. There are also more possibilities for size modifications by means of counters and new and advanced drawing tools. In addition all functions for Stoll-knit and wear are now “standard” for the pattern software M1plus.
