Advanced & Lawson to focus on the public sector market

Lawson Software announced a new partnership with Advanced Utilities Systems. Advanced has joined Lawson's product partner program as a complementary referral partner focusing on the public sector market.
Advanced, with its CIS Infinity Suite, delivers solutions that help local governments and utility organizations better manage customer information and utility billing. Through this partnership, Lawson and Advanced are now able to offer a more comprehensive enterprise software solution with the Lawson S3 Enterprise Management System and Advanced's CIS Infinity Suite.
“This partnership will further solidify Advanced's position in the utility marketplace and reach a much broader audience,” said Peter Fanous, general manager of Advanced. “Together we can offer public sector organizations a broader product offering to help them improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.”
“By extending our network of partners, we are able to better meet the unique needs of our public sector customers and ultimately help make their organizations stronger,” said Brian Murphy, general manager, Public Sector, for Lawson.
Lawson and Advanced serve many joint customers, including Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District and Western Municipal Water District.
