Visual 2000 International announced the latest release of its award-winning Visual PLM.net version 3.12, one month ahead of schedule, to coincide with the FIT Tech conference.

This version includes multiple technological advances, which are designed to enhance the end user's experience. In Version 3.12, the development team fully embedded Microsoft's latest release of Silverlight 3.0. This new version of Silverlight 3 contains new 3D graphics, animation features, hardware accelerated effects and text improvements that enable designers and developers to create next generation Web visuals; it is compatible on Mac's and PC's.

Visual PLM.net 3.12 Merchandise Planning Module has been optimized and offers fully configurable comparative Dashboards. This Dashboard functionality allows merchandisers to create their own comparative charts. These charts can be detailed to SKU level, or at either the Market or the Season Level. Users can build comparative models of same season, year over year, and compare fashion to basic or replenishment line assorents and much more by simple drag and drop association.

Visual PLM.net 3.12 also includes a fully integrated storyboarding engine; this storyboard engine will provide drag and drop line sheet creation features, which can be easily manipulated by users who can then review line directions, before investing into costly development.

Real time Data Warehouse, a fully automated data warehouse, the main repository of the organization's historical data, enables end-user with complete access to a wide variety of data. Help create decision support system so users can obtain specified trend reports. Attach any commercially available reporting engine, on the same server or on an offsite server.

Other exiting new features are: PDM wide “find and replace” functionality which enables users to change any field content across all techpacks. New any language login: companies can create their own language translations, using a simple export/translate/import function and offer each user the language of their choice.
