Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane, Inc. announced details of its participation at the 2010 Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition. David Blakelock, vice president, technology and strategic development at Boston Apparel Group, a Neolane customer, will be presenting a session offering retailers strategic insight and guidance for developing a single view of customer activities across all marketing channels. Neolane will also demonstrate its Cross-Channel Marketing Solution for B2C Marketers at the event (booth #231), which takes place June 8 - 11 in Chicago.

Who: David Blakelock, vice president, technology and strategic development, Boston Apparel Group

What: In order to provide a truly closed-loop customer experience, retailers must execute marketing campaigns by leveraging a 360-degree view of their customers across channels and brands. In his session, “Creating a Single View of Your Customers—and Presenting Them With a Consistent View of You,” David Blakelock will discuss how Boston Apparel Group was able to cost-effectively execute consistent, targeted campaigns across its online and off-line customer base as it consolidated its women's apparel brands under one corporate umbrella. Blakelock will also explain how developing a single marketing data mart containing customer data from across channels can not only improve brand consistency, but also help identify additional cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through personalized event-triggered and transactional emails.

When: Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition will take place June 8 - 11, 2010. The Boston Apparel Group session is scheduled for Thursday, June 10 from 11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Where: McCormick Place West in Chicago, Illinois.
