Binary Tree, the market-leading provider of cross-platform messaging migration and coexistence solutions, announced the migration of 1,350 users and 2.5 terabytes of data from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Online Services' Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) for Kellwood Company, one of the nation's largest apparel manufacturers.

"Binary Tree's experience and their understanding of the inner workings of Lotus Notes were critical to the success of this project," said Charles Pritzl, Chief Technology Officer of Kellwood. "I talked to our chief operating officer and he said, 'I'm impressed beyond belief.' It was truly Lotus Notes on Friday and Microsoft on Monday. The icing on the cake was that our migration cost with Binary Tree was almost one-quarter of the quote we got from the other vendors."

Binary Tree's Weekend Express Migration-as-a-Service (MaaS) is the fastest and easiest way to migrate Lotus Notes users to Microsoft Exchange Online. Weekend Express is a hosted migration that can enable organizations to migrate their Lotus Notes messaging users in as little as a single weekend without buying, installing or configuring special hardware or software and without needing any expertise on messaging migration methodologies, processes or technology. Binary Tree also offers phased hosted migrations for organizations that want to migrate over a longer period of time but still want the benefits of a hosted migration.

Binary Tree is the leading provider of cross-platform messaging migration and coexistence software. Since 1993, Binary Tree and its business partners have helped over 4,000 customers around the world to migrate more than 15,000,000 users. Binary Tree's CMT suite of software products provides for the analysis of, and the coexistence and migration between, enterprise messaging and collaboration environments based on IBM Lotus Notes and Domino, and Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint. Binary Tree is represented by business partners worldwide who provide specialized services and a proven methodology for guiding customers through complex transitions. Binary Tree is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and an IBM Premier Business Partner. Binary Tree is headquartered in the New York metropolitan area with representation and business partners worldwide.
