Eurostop to support youth lifestyle brand Ibiza Rocks

Ibiza Rocks, the youth lifestyle brand that fuses music, fashion and travel has invested in Eurostop systems to support its growing business. The company is using Eurostop's retail management system to manage stock across its five merchandise stores and website, selling its unique fashion label.

The collection includes specially designed clothes and accessories - jewellery, scarves and bags - for both men and women. The new stores and recent opening of its second hotel, Mallorca Rocks, are part of Ibiza Rocks' successful growth since its pioneering outdoor concerts under the stars in Ibiza began in 2005.

Ibiza Rocks is using Eurostop's e-rmis at head office to manage stock across its stores, with sales captured at till point using Eurostop's e-pos. The auto-replenishment feature in Eurostop's system enables the company to manage stock automatically from a central pool as required across the stores. Stock is refreshed according to pre-set levels, ensuring that customer demand for popular lines is met.

According to Nick Starsmore, Director of Ibiza Rocks; “Ibiza Rocks is a complex business that incorporates hotels, bars, gigs and shops and has grown rapidly since the launch five years ago. We chose Eurostop as we have confidence that they can help us take our business to the next level, providing us with the support that we need now and as we grow in the future.

“With Eurostop's e-rmis and e-pos system we have more dynamic management and total transparency of our stock and sales. The reports give us the information that we need to make informed business decisions . Thanks to Eurostop we can now spend more time managing the business, rather than compiling reports.”

Ibiza Rocks selected Eurostops' systems following Starsmore's previous experience of successfully deploying the systems in his specialist retail stores, 'Surf, Skate and Snow' and his during his work with other International brands.

The company has installed Eurostop's time and attendance system e-time to capture staff working hours which aids in monitoring both stores' and staff performances and productivity. It also plans to use the Customer Loyalty module to tailor special promotions to particular customers.

Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop commented, “Ibiza Rocks business model has many different elements and sales channels that contribute to its success. It is important that all aspects of the retail business work together seamlessly to manage stock flows and capture and process sales data. Eurostop systems provide the technology that can support the retail elements of the business with up to date stock reports that can enable swift decision making to maximise profits. ”

Ibiza Rocks is a youth lifestyle brand that fuses music, fashion and travel. It has organised outdoor concerts under the stars in unique venues in Ibiza since 2005. In 2008 it opened the Ibiza Rocks Hotel now home to all its gigs, and launched its own travel company.

It runs a successful fashion label that includes clothes and accessories for men and women, a new music club event, Reclaim the Dancefloor! and in May 2010 opened a second Hotel, the Mallorca Rocks Hotel which will follow the same pioneering format as in Ibiza.
