Gerber to honour 32 top profit-making apparel customers

Gerber Technology, a business unit of Gerber Scientific, Inc., is honoring 32 of its software customers named among the most profitable U.S. apparel companies for the most recent fiscal year. The industry's profit margin leaders are recognized in the annual Apparel Top 50 report that appears in the July edition of Apparel magazine. Gerber clients ranking among the top ten in the report are True Religion Apparel, lululemon athletica, Guess?, Urban Outfitters, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Jos. A. Bank.

Other Gerber customers showing significant profit margin improvements and noteworthy gains in the latest Top 50 rankings include Maidenform Brands, Carter's, Phillips-Van Heusen, Limited Brands, The Warnaco Group, Chico's FAS, and G-III Apparel Group. Returning to this year's list are Oxford Industries and Christopher & Banks.

Gerber clients consistently comprise a majority of the Apparel Top 50, which ranks publically traded U.S. apparel companies (excluding department stores) with at least $100 million in annual sales.
