In this one of the mega library conferences in Delhi & NCR, 256 delegates from various universities and institutes, viz. Delhi University, IIT Delhi, IIM Lucknow, Jiwaji University, Makhanlal Chaturvedi University, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Bundelkhand University, IMT Ghaziabad, KITE Ghaziabad, GSS Noida, and more participated. Nearly sixty papers were presented in the four technical sessions that followed the grand inauguration ceremony, which also included release of a Volume of the Papers. The conference concluded with a valedictory function highlighting the value addition done by the conference to the Library and Information Science.
