Crocs applies SWAGG application during holiday season

Leading mobile commerce enabler Firethorn Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, announced that Crocs, Inc., a world leader in innovative casual footwear for men, women and children, is the latest retail partner for Firethorn's soon-to-be-released mobile application, SWAGG(SM). Offering more than 250 distinctive shoe styles to suit every consumer's lifestyle, Crocs joins a growing list of merchants available through SWAGG in time for the 2010 holiday season.

"The launch of SWAGG will transform the retail experience for both consumers and merchants," said Rocco Fabiano, president of Firethorn Holdings. "Our collaboration with Crocs reflects the brand's fun and vibrant personality while providing a simplified way for consumers to transact and interact from their mobile device."

"We are thrilled to work with SWAGG as it allows us to capitalize on the growing number of our consumers making purchases through their mobile devices," said Chris Ladd, vice president, global direct to consumer, Crocs, Inc. "As our mobile presence grows, SWAGG will provide our customers with a simple interface that delivers a more friendly shopping experience."

SWAGG is Firethorn's direct-to-consumer offering, with "smart" technology that gives consumers the ability to purchase, personalize and exchange gift cards directly from a mobile device. SWAGG will also provide consumers mobile access to account information, special offers and loyalty programs. The technology will change the way consumers transact with their favorite brands and shops. SWAGG will be available in time for the 2010 holiday season.
