Finish Line to now use Kronos Workforce Acquisition

Kronos Incorporated announced that premium athletic shoe and apparel retailer Finish Line has renewed its agreement to use the selection and hiring solution from Kronos.
For more than a decade, Finish Line has leveraged the Kronos selection and hiring solution to hire top-quality employees who are passionate about sneakers, sports, and servicing customers.
The company uses Kronos' unique selection science to confidently select high-quality employees whom Kronos science predicts are more likely to stay longer and perform better.
The complete automation of the Kronos solution relieves store managers from the time-consuming task of sifting through stacks of paper resumes to find the right person. This enables managers to spend less time in the back office and more time on the floor of their stores, interacting with customers and impacting the bottom-line.
With its upgrade to the latest version of Workforce Acquisition, Finish Line will now use Kronos to hire all store employees – both salaried and hourly – with new assessments being developed specifically for manager positions.
A centralized selection and hiring system enables Finish Line to maintain consistency across its 669-store chain and manage all data electronically, leading to better record keeping and easier access to hiring data.
