TIE Technologies Inc, a diverse technology holding company focused on proprietary smart logistics for Homeland Security, environmental and disaster remediation, telemetrics, and advanced IT solutions, announced that its award-winning Whirlwind Media Services company has launched Santa Fe Apparel's dynamic new web presence.

Santa Fe Apparel Inc. of New York City has become known in the industry for designing and manufacturing quality garments for the trend-savvy consumer. The company prides itself not only on its dedication to creating and providing the industry with the latest trends, but making these trends available at an affordable price to a wide array of consumers.

Despite today's slow economic times, companies such as Santa Fe Apparel are an example of how the ecommerce and multi-media services industry continues to grow. Goldman Sachs predicts that the worldwide web sales will reach $963 billion by 2013. More businesses are utilizing the easy and affordable access to a global audience, that ecommerce and a web presence provides.

Jenni Meagher, executive at Santa Fe Apparel commented, "We are ecstatic at the launch of our new website! Not only will it increase brand awareness and help build our business, it will finally give us a place that cohesively represents all aspects of our company." Come visit Santa Fe Apparel www.santafeny.com.

Charles Campbell, Whirlwind Media Services Lead Project Manager added, "Working with Santa Fe Apparel's staff, we were able to redesign and develop an easy to navigate state-of-the-art Website that will increase Santa Fe Apparel's brand awareness and bring new trends to the fashion conscious young women of today."

In 1998, Santa Fe Apparel created the CoffeeShop label – a new and energetic, fashion-forward line for juniors. The brand, which is carried in major department stores, chain stores and in over 200 specialty boutiques, has more than tripled in sales over the last five years. The jackets, coats and sportswear that make up the CoffeeShop label are crafted from high quality textiles and consistently bring new fashion trends and styles to the young women of today.

The success of CoffeeShop enabled Santa Fe Apparel to develop four additional collections over the past six years. The company proudly introduced LatteBLACK (a contemporary, fashion-forward line), Latte by Coffeeshop (a line geared towards the more missy customer) Grind (a young men's line) and CoffeeShop Kids.

Michael Burden, Director of Sales at Whirlwind, stated that, "We are focused on providing our customers with cost effective websites, ecommerce and multi-media marketing services, which are a fundamental part of sales in the new economy. Whirlwind also provides mobile applications and social networking services, which allow ecommerce retailers to continuously connect with their customers outside the traditional brick and mortar model. This is a dynamic time in our business, and as it approaches the $1 trillion mark, Whirlwind will be a growing part of it."
