Syscom PLC, a Midlands based Microsoft Gold Partner, will be launching a new software package, SyscomERP smart , at the Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show 2011, 5-6th April at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Syscom has over 30 years experience of working with a variety of apparel companies including mass-market clothing, luxury/high-fashion and designer lines, knitwear, fashion accessories and footwear, including many of the leading names in their industries.

Following the huge success of last year's show Syscom is eager to support the event for the fourth year running; “We were so impressed by the first few shows that there was no question in our mind as to whether we would be taking part again in 2011. Everyone at Syscom is really looking forward to the event and we feel there is no better platform to launch our latest software package,” said John Moses, Managing Director, Syscom PLC.

“Every company looking to compete in today's apparel market is under increasing pressure to deliver the highest possible quality of product on time and for the slimmest of margins. Nowhere is this more true than in the corporate and workwear clothing industry, especially as we find ourselves in the middle of the most uncertain economic climate for a generation. SyscomERP smart offers companies within these sectors the crucial technology, industry specific functionality and tools they need to deliver greater operational efficiency, improved customer service and tighter cost control across their business.”

“SyscomERP smart is built on our unique understanding of the key challenges facing the apparel industry,” says John. “We believe that implementing this industry-specific application can help drive profitability, efficiency and competitiveness, as well deliver significant advantages for any company tendering for new contracts in the corporate and workwear market.”

Developed specifically for companies operating in corporate, safety, promotional, PPE and school wear sectors, SyscomERP smart is intuitive, easy-to-use and suitable for almost any size of organisation from five users upwards, so it is ideal for both individual and group operations.

It offers companies core functionality - finance and distribution - with genuine scalability and sufficient flexibility to be tailored to work the way their business works by selecting from a comprehensive list of integrated options, depending on the nature, size and needs of their operation. These include manufacturing, warehouse management, wardrobe management, kits and manpacks, critical path, web wardrobe and many others.

John Moses is convinced that Syscom's expertise is second to none and that users will find this powerful new business software solution is quick to sharpen their competitive edge: “We understand the garment industry and we are 100% committed to providing technology and services to help those involved achieve their goals and thrive - even in today's challenging environment.”
