Vovici, the leading provider of enterprise feedback management solutions, announced that Landau Uniforms, the healthcare uniform market pioneer, has selected Vovici for the voice of the customer initiative that will monitor customer reactions and buying behavior during the brand transition.

Founded in 1938, Landau's mission has always been to build long-term relationships with customers, employees and suppliers based on integrity and a dedication to excellence by offering the highest-quality products, made from premium materials, at a competitive price.

Its innovative spirit, state-of-the-art equipment and talented employees at Landau have allowed the company to stay true to its most significant objective - to continually exceed customer expectations.

“To reflect our commitment to the customer, we recently refined our branding,” stated Carly Mooney, director of brand management at Landau. “Every piece of clothing has our name on it and we want to ensure every customer that it is 'Made Better'. There are five reasons behind the new brand image; Landau Uniforms have better fabric, better color, better design, better construction and better quality control.”

The marketing campaign ignited the need to stay closer to the customers than ever before. “This is a highly competitive market with a wide ranging demographic. You absolutely have to be listening to your customers,” continues Mooney. “We selected Vovici because of its high-quality voice of the customer solution and impressive list of customers. The platform is also very powerful, yet easy to use, which will help us better serve our customers.”

Landau began the search for feedback management programs in 2010 to deploy a program in tandem with the new brand position. The company wanted to be sure they were tuned into the individual reactions to the new company image, product satisfaction and overall experience.

“Listening and understanding what the customer wants has always been our culture,” continues Mooney. “They are the source and the future of our organization. We needed a reliable program that could reach more people while streamlining data to provide actionable results.”

Landau employs more than 1,600 associates and has enjoyed vendor partnerships lasting 25 years and more. “We base our relationships with employees, customers and vendors on a commitment to personal and professional integrity and excellent service,” concludes Mooney.

“Landau has stayed ahead of the curve in the uniform industry for more than 50 years,” states Dave Capuano, vice president of marketing for Vovici. “Vovici's capabilities for easily creating surveys, campaign management and powerful reporting enables Landau to immediately improve the quality of feedback. This ultimately helps keep their attention on what matters most, the customer.”
