Vendors make the switch to eZCom Lingo for Easy-to-Use EDI

eZCom Software, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of multi-enterprise supply chain solutions, announced that Little Mass, MOR Cosmetics and Season's Designs have migrated their EDI operations to eZCom Lingo.
eZCom's hosted B2B application Lingo is helping these companies meet the EDI requirements of big chain and department stores while dramatically reducing the amount of time and money spent on order fulfillment by automating and streamlining the document management process.
Little Mass offers three separate lines of clothing for little girls and tweens under the Little Mass, LePink and Truluv labels. While all of its clothing is manufactured in Los Angeles, the company ships to major department stores throughout America. During fall 2010, Little Mass switched to eZCom Lingo from its previous EDI provider in order to streamline the fulfillment process with Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and SAKS Fifth Avenue. "eZCom Lingo is easier to use than what we had before. It's especially good at helping us fulfill individual orders across multiple stores," says Alba Valentin, shipping manager for Little Mass. "eZCom's overall service is the best I've seen. It's great to know that if I ever need help I can just pick up the phone and reach a knowledgeable and patient customer support team without any wait."
Season's Designs is the largest designer and importer of Christmas stockings and tree skirts to specialty retailers in the U.S. and the largest designer and importer of mouth-blown, hand decorated heirloom glass Christmas tree ornaments. The company replaced its previous EDI service with eZCom Lingo in February to facilitate EDI transactions with both Stein Mart and SAKS Fifth Avenue. "Before we started to use Lingo, receiving chargebacks for making EDI related mistakes with our shipments was a big and costly problem," says Julie Walser, VP International Logistics at Season's Designs. "Since switching to eZCom Lingo, our shipments have been 100 percent accurate eliminating Stein Mart's per carton penalty. In addition, we save considerable time each day with Lingo's automatic invoice creation function that is based entirely on our shipments."
