Pendleton Woolen Mills, a globally acclaimed lifestyle brand has selected CGS's BlueCherry software to streamline operations and support growth. The BlueCherry Enterprise suite includes enterprise resourcing planning (ERP), product lifecycle management (PLM), advanced warehouse management, electronic data interchange (EDI), business intelligence and B2B e-commerce for salesforce and wholesale automation.

“We are making a significant investment in our company's technology by replacing our legacy systems with the BlueCherry suite. The implementation of this solution promises to be transformational for Pendleton's wholesale business, helping us to better meet customer requirements, simplify the process and position the company for profitable growth,” said John Bishop, Pendleton Woolen Mills EVP, chairman of the board.

BlueCherry software eliminates the need to maintain various interfaces, allowing information to be entered into one system for immediate availability throughout the supply chain.

“Pendleton is a sixth generation family owned business that's been operating for over 150 years and we pride ourselves on delivering quality products to our wholesale partners and customers. To move Pendleton through future generations we need a partner who truly understands our business and expectations. We look forward to leveraging CGS's state-of-the-art technology to simplify our processes to meet global customer expectations,” said David Anderson, Pendleton VP, information services.

“With over 30 years of experience in the apparel and consumer product market, CGS knows its customers require transparent, integrated operations. We are excited to welcome Pendleton to the BlueCherry community. We look forward to working with Pendleton to meet its goals of improving operations and speed to market, and helping to bring its business to the next level,” said Paul Magel, president, business applications and technology outsourcing, CGS.
