CQuotient to present on personalized retailing at eTail

CQuotient announced that its CEO, Rama Ramakrishnan, will co-present with client Adam Harris, Director of Innovation at Men’s Wearhouse, at eTail West in San Antonio on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. 
 
The companies will discuss the success of Men’s Wearhouse’s personalized retailing initiative, and share best practices and actionable insights for other brands looking to improve customer engagement and increase revenue.
 
In the presentation, “How Men’s Wearhouse Drives Revenue through Personalized Retailing,” Mr. Ramakrishnan and Mr. Harris will share the successes Men’s Wearhouse has experienced since implementing CQuotient’s personalized retailing solutions, as well as how other retailers can truly understand each customer’s unique interests, behaviors and tastes to deliver more relevant communications.
 
Of the presentation, Rama Ramakrishnan said, “Retailers must navigate an increasingly complicated and competitive landscape, but with the proper tools and strategy, retailers can improve customer relationships and drive revenue.
