We wish you to introduce ourselves as a 100% Export Oriented Unit engaged in the activities of manufacturing exclusive Children, Ladies, and Men socks of extremely high virtue. The company is located in the Apparel Export Park promoted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and enjoys the infrastructural benefits that are available in the Park.
The machines installed are a latest development of M/s. Lonati Spa – Model G715 - 6C & G615. These machines are capable of producing about 22 dozens pairs of Children Socks and 18 dozens pair of Ladies and Men Socks on an average cycle per day and with the help of its custom built software, we can produce almost all the designs that can be conceived by a human brain. All the other machines viz., Linking, Boarding, Central Suction are also imported from Italy for smooth and efficient functioning.
Located on a land area of 2.5 acres and with a RCC shed of 30000 sft., the construction has been done keeping in mind the ISO & WHO standards. Separate rest-rooms, toilets, administration & housing quarters are constructed in the same premises taking the total built – up area to approximately 50000 sft. The company has recently initiated procedures to comply itself to the SA 8000 & ISO 9001: 2000 certification from RINA Srl, Italy.
The company has developed an integrated in – house system which co-ordinates the various manufacturing activities on a precise time – schedule thereby delivering the finished product on time and maintaining customer satisfaction.

With the help of these sophisticated machineries the company is able to achieve an average production of 1,000,000 pairs (85,000 dozens – 25,000 dozens of Children Socks and 60,000 dozens of Lady and Men Socks.) per month and we would be more than happy to associate ourselves with your group. We are also in the process of adding more capacity to take our monthly production to 3,600,000 pairs (300,000 dozens) by the year 2008.
Our company is certified Class 1 OEKOTEK supplier and we have also initiated the procedures to comply to OE 100 standards. We are also certified by SANITIZED, Switzerland and PUR ISTA for wet wash of all kinds of odorless, anti- microbial and anti – fungal treatments.
