REACTIVE “ME” DYES

REACTIVE-Bi- functional dyes contain two or more than two different group in each dye-molecule. Due to their Bi-reactive group(VS/MCT)They are less sensitive to variation of the application-parameters such as liquor ratio, temperature, electrolyte ,alkali and time. The main features of REACTIVE Bi- functional dyes are

  1. Most suitable for use in exhaust, cold-pad batch and continues processes.
  2. High level of fixation is possible thereby yielding fast and deep hues.
  3. They have higher all round fastness properties.
  4. Excellent wash- off properties
  5. AOX- free.
  6. Good wash fastness.
  7. Low staining on multiple fiber.

Pearafix  reactive cold  dyes are used for cotton and viscose.These dyes react with cellulose fibre very brillint shades.Due to certain leaving group which can undergo nucle ophlic displacement with hydroxyl group of cellulose and thus gives us best results to fastness. REACTIVE “HE” DYES

REACTIVE HE Dyes are reactive dyestuffs from the monochloro triazine group of  dyes. Thesedyestuff are specially suited for exhaust dyeing of  cotton and cellulosic material and possessi gnificantly higher exhaustion and fixation efficiency.

  1. Suitable for post-mercerizing
  2. Low sensitivity to dyeing when dyeing PES/EEL Blends.
